We all went up to our rooms which were on different floors and were a complete nightmare to locate at first as it wasn't very well signposted. We were told that the holding fee would be refunded immediately upon check out.
We had paid over £3,000 to stay there and so we had no choice but to pay. This deposit was not mentioned when booking the rooms via their website and the receptionist dealing with us even confirmed that it's not displayed anywhere. When we got to the desk we were shocked to learn that we had to then pay a room deposit of $250 per room on top of the $70 per person hotel tax. On arrival the hotel and casino looked amazing and after a long 11 hour flight myself and my group of 5 friends were looking forward to a speedy check in and going to our rooms to unpack and freshen up. I stayed in The Linq for 5 nights in January having booked the break back in April 2015.
